JAKL KIDS Reward Points are awarded during certain promotions and for attending or winning various JAKL KIDS events.

 

Anyone participating in the JAKL KIDS Rewards Points program acknowledges they have read and agree to these all the terms and conditions or the JAKL KIDS Rewards Points program.

JAK KIDS reserves to the right to interpret, make changes to, update, suspend or terminate the JAKL KIDS Reward Points program, policies, terms and conditions at JAKL KIDS sole discretion, at anytime and without notice.

JAKL KIDS will be the final authority on awarding of Reward Points and the exchange of Reward Points for prizes.

JAKL KIDS Reward Points have no cash value and can not be exchanged, traded or returned for cash or credit of any kind. No credit, change or cash will be given should the amount of JAKL KIDS Reward Points exceed the cost of item being exchanged for.

The amount of JAKL KIDS Reward Points awarded may vary and, may or may not be posted for each promotion or event. Reward Points can be exchanged for prizes in-store only and rewards may change and vary from time to time.

Reward Points can only be redeemed for prizes that are currently available and as displayed in-store. Once a prize has been claimed, that specific item may not be replace with the exact same item.

Once a prize has be awarded it can not be returned or exchanged.

JAKL KIDS Rewards Points will be treated as store credit and may be exchanged for admission to events and most merchandise in store. From time to time JAKL KIDS Rewards Points may not be redeemable for certain items, sales or promotions. If there is an item(s), sale or promotion that JAKL KIDS Rewards Points can not be exchanged for this will be clearly stated in the advertising and any literature for the item(s), sale or promotion.
