From Friday December 15, 2023 to Saturday December 23, 2023 all in-store customers will be entered for a chance to win a JAKL KIDS gift card equal to the total value of their purchase (excluding tax).

A ballot will be given for every purchase of $25 spent (before tax) and an additional ballot will be given for each additional $25 spent (before tax).

Giveaway closes December 23, 2023 at 4:00 pm EST and the draw will take place on December 23, 2023 at approximatley 5:00 pm EST. Winning ticket will be posted on JAKL KIDS Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/JAKLKIDS).

The Winner must contact JAKL KIDS within 24 hours of the Facebook post announcement. If no winner comes forward within 24 hours, another ballot will be drawn and the first ballot will become null and void, this process will repeat until a winner claims the prize.

To claim the prize, the Winner MUST present the original receipt (dated between December 15, 2023 and December 23, 2023 accompanied by the matching physical winning ticket, there will be no exceptions.

Prize amount will be the total Canadian dollar amount (excluding tax) of only one (1) receipt from JAKL KIDS, dated between December 15, 2023 and December 23, 2023.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

There is one Prize available to be won in the form of a JAKL KIDS gift card. The retail value of the prize will be equal to the Winners receipt amount (excluding tax). The Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash, and will not be extended under any circumstances, and must be accepted as offered without substitution. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner must pick up the prize from JAKL KIDS store location at 633419 Hwy 10, Unit A10 Mono, Ontario L9W 6Z1

Should the prize be accepted, the Winner agrees to the following terms: If any of the merchandise purchased as part of the "Win Your Purchase" Giveaway is returned, the customer must either return the gift card with full value or repay the retail value of the gift card or accept a store credit for the amount of the returned merchandise. Acceptance of the prize confirms the winner’s: (i) eligibility for the Giveaway; (ii) acceptance of the Prize as offered; (iii) release of JAKL KIDS, Facebook, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors, administrators, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Releases”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom; and (iv) grants to JAKL KIDS of the unrestricted right, in JAKL KIDS sole discretion, to produce, reproduce, publish, broadcast, communicate by telecommunication, exhibit, distribute, adapt and otherwise use or re-use the Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in connection with the contest and the promotion and exploitation thereof.
