In-Store Refund & Exchange Policy

We will happily refund or exchange defective and unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds or exchanges will be issued upon JAKL KIDS receiving the item accompanied by the original receipt and at the sole discretion of JAKL KIDS to confirm (1) your item is damaged or faulty, or (2) your item is unused and in the same condition which it was purchased and remains sealed with all packaging intact. The customer is responsible to drop off or for payment on all shipping and handling charges to return the order back to JAKL KIDS.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on opened and/or used items, gift cards, clearance items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), costumes, clothing, plush & stuffed toys, seasonal items (such as advent calendars), any TCG, sports cards, trading card packs or sets and items marked as final sale.

Christmas Gift Return Policy

 

JAKL KIDS  30 day Return & Exchange Policy will be extended for Christmas gifts purchased from December 01. Purchases made from December 01 will be eligible for return or exchange until January 20 of the following year. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
